I  have 16 yrs experience writing , teaching, cooking and consulting in the food industry specializing in the gluten free market. My focus is to provide education and assistance to those who are Celiac or gluten sensitive.Through my own journey out of the wheat and gluten world I have first hand knowledge how challenging and expensive it can. I am available for consultations both to groups as well as individuals at which I can sit down and work with your questions and concerns.
